As we know the time for stories, dreams, and fairy tales, are the evenings. After a hard business day, all we need to retreat ourselves is a time from everyday life, when we can lose ourselves in different world of a favorite book or movie. This chair reinterprets these two parts of the day and evening, work and resting time, reality and magic land, awaking and dreaming.
Only around the inner edge of the chair’s seat, we see how it is enveloped a soft and sloopy “cape”. It goes in loose folds up, beyond and down the back of the armchair, thus creating a harmonious unity. The red material holding the inner side of the cape give an extra facet of the chair design. With a one single turn of the hand, you can twist the drapery above your shoulders and legs in any desired way like a sensuous, red sheltering cape. Then you can found yourself in your own individual “world”.
When you feel yourself more relaxed you can just throw the cape back and again it falls into its original cloaked folds. Then you can return your hideaway seat to stylish proper armchair.
