What is so specific about this tiny places?
First of all there is the lack of space. This means that you are not able to install a lot of items inside the bathroom. You will not be able to place massive objects and bathroom furniture as well as there may be not enough place for a bathtub, for example.
Ok, so what you need to know then? What can you use in a small bathroom?
Personally, I am very keen on tiny spaces. I like very much to place small details in order to get the bathroom decorated, for example. Recently I had a great idea for a really narrow bathroom. I went to IKEA and bought one of their toilets in white color. As I have already said, I didn’t even thought to use a bathtub. Instead, I made a small shower cabin with ultra modern handheld shower. The tiles inside were dark in color while all the other accents were in white. I also searched for small round mirror that I could install just above the sink vanity. The result was pretty amazing and I was really surprised by my achievement.
Small spaces can actually be very interesting. Do you know why? Because there your imagination can go far beyond the ordinary things that we usually see in those places. Such kind of restrictions in the area actually remove the boundaries of possibilities. Imagine the following situation. You need a shower, but you can’t have the usual one. You need a toilet, but you can’t have the usual one. You need a sink and vanity but you can’t have the usual ones. You need a storage for the towels but you can’t have the usual one. And all this because of lack of space. And here comes the creative part. Then, you have to find an unique small shower. Then, you need to go and find a toilet that can fit your corner, or order to someone to make a particular one for your place (like a wall mounted toilet). Then, you need to find the smallest, yet stylish vanity. Then you need to use hooks instead of a drawer or cabinet to store your towels. And this, my dear friends, makes it possible for you to create one unique, extraordinary and impressive little bathroom that will be a real jewel in your living area. All this because of the simple reason that there is not enough space.
