FINNISH EMOTION
Scandinavian design is traditionally associated with lightness, simplicity, functionality and democracy. Finnish furniture company Inno incorporates that tradition into an innovative approach and fresh ideas. Inno was founded in 1975 and was engaged in the import of interior accessories, but soon after its start the company launched its own production line. Harri Korhonen, Inno’s owner, says: “We strongly believe that a good product has to give more than only the look and function. You have to feel that it is right, we want to touch people’s emotions,” That is achieved thanks to the famous designers, working for the company.
Young designers are also welcome to work with Inno, as they bring with themselves new ideas and spontaneity. Today, Inno is among the companies, which offer the finest of Finnish design. In-Tensive system of meeting tables, first used by the Nokia Research Center in 1998, is one of the most successful products of the company. In the following decade the multi-functional table proved its efficiency in conference rooms all over the world. In-Tensive strengths are in its light design, applicable to any interior solution, as well as in its high functionality. Designed by Jouni Leino, the table is the actual predecessor of module tables and comes equipped electricity and network cables and sockets. In-Tensive table facilitates the use of full technical equipment with its hidden cable management tray and built in LCD monitors.
