Sofa, Lounge and Kitchen

Do you know what is great about furniture made of pallets? The greatest and major advantage is that they are highly customizable, adjustable and flexible. They are like having a lego set and it’s only your imagination that sets the limits!
The only thing you need to do is to dare create these wonderful pieces of furniture. You need to find some old crates or you can buy brand new pallets – it’s really up to you! Our advice is if you are going to paint them – try with old or recycled ones, because after being repaint one can hardly spot whether they were new or old. Furthermore, you will contribute to a better life on Earth with less litter. On the other hand, if you are going to use the natural hues of the pallets, then you’d better stick to brand new ones – they look great and can be a prefect addition to any home.
You can have pallet furniture in your living room, garden, dining room, bedroom, etc. I have collected today some really great examples of pallet furniture and I would like to share it with you.

Pallet furniture – Sofa

Sofas are a great way to spend your spare time just relaxing with your favorite book or watching interesting sports game. Sofas and couches can be found everywhere – in the living room, the garden, the veranda, the front porch. Many people prefer them as an outdoor furniture alternative since they are easy to maintain, the do not cost tons of dollar and what is more – they can hardly be damaged by any harsh weather conditions! Great, isn’t it?

Pallet furniture – Lounge

I adore lounge areas! I love to spend countless hours with some fine chill out or lounge music in the pleasant company of my beautiful wine, just talking sweet talks, drinking some good wine and watching the starts. A friend of mine advised me to build a pallet sofa and I did it! I can firmly state now that I am so in love with my pallet furniture that I even spend more time outdoors on it.
Lounge pallet furniture can be various – it can be lounge chairs, lounge couches, etc. Just pick the model that you like and build your own piece of wooden furniture!

Pallet furniture – Kitchen

Well, I must outline that kitchens are not the most common place to meet pallets. Not surprisingly, you will hardly find any ideas over the internet If you are going to search for a model. However, there are some examples as shown here. There are some really nice ideas how to build a kitchen island out of pallets as well as you can make your new and unique kitchen cabinets of recycled old pallets. Additionally, I must outline that pallets make great racks for wine, glasses and other kitchen stuff! Don’t believe it?
