Luxury Golf Club
Jack Nicklaus is the designer behind the project we want to present to you. The 18-hole golf course championship is not the only thing that Songdo Villas and Clubhouse in Korea can offer to its members. If you enter this community you will experience the city convenience and elegance at its finest. Breath-taking landscapes and the magnificent view of the ocean and nature can charm every person in this world. The golf resort is located in one of the busiest cities in Korea. However, the calm atmosphere that the resort provides is in contrast to the city rush. All highest quality standards are established in the project for the resort. The purpose was to develop an excellent private golf club and lifestyle community.
In order to allow an all-day-long stay in the club for its members, the resort is built on 50 000 square meters lot. The design of the building was developed so that inside one could feel the sunny atmosphere coming from the exterior. The architectural plans have something in common with Asian traditions and feng shui that lead the community members to a journey through a symbolical transition from artificial intelligent design ideas to natural emotions. The green scenery that is surrounding the building is reflected by the interior design by virtue of an wavy roof that is showing its dynamical presence by allowing the natural light from outside to penetrate deep into the interior. One thing is for sure – that any community member is convicted to the luxury elegance full of rich material artefacts for life.
The project for the construction involved some brilliant designer ideas such as combining a lot of pavilions so that the services in the luxury golf resort would be far more efficient.
