What colors should I choose for my dining chairs?

Professional designers and decorators strongly recommend to stick to the main color of the dining table. If it is dark, then go after black or brown dining chairs. Leather and wooden chairs go really well in this specific kind of atmosphere. If it has natural colored tones and more light patterns, then you can thing of textile upholstered samples. Of course, this tips are valid only for traditional and classic types of interiors.
In case the inner space is a true representative of modern, contemporary, minimalist or futuristic types of interiors, then fiberglass and metal are the most preferred materials for your dining chairs. The colors do not always matter because in a modern environment all kind of experiments are accepted since they blend very well with the surrounding objects. Just have in mind to choose either ultra modern types of chairs or to stick to urban or vintage accents. This way you will create an exciting and interesting dining room atmosphere.

Dining chairs – how much of them?

Again, it depends on the table. Have in mind to measure the size of the table. If it is large enough to accommodate 8 chairs, then go after this number. All designers are on the same opinion that no matter how small the size is, there should be at least a set of 4 dining room chairs. Well, in very special occasions, you can place only two chairs but this means that your table should be moderate or fairly long with rectangular shape (remember those classic examples of long tables in castles?).
If you have a square or oval table – 4 chairs is the minimum.
