KOMPOTT DESIGN
Maja Ganszyniec, Krystian Kowalski, Pawel Jasiewicz and Marcin Krygier are members of the team of a young designer studio with the interesting name Kompott. Maja and Kristian graduated from the Royal College of Art where they learned all the secrets of product design. Pawel graduated in furniture design from Chilterens University College Buckingham and Marcin is a graphic designer and a photographer. The creative team was put together in 2009 somewhere between London, Warsaw and Madrid. The members of the designer quatrtette work together, complementing each other and sharing knowledge, ideas and experience.
The main thing that unites them is their belief in the designer way of thinking. Kompott create their projects on the basis of profound observation of human behaviour. Its representatives carefully study the interrelation between people and objects and try to provide functional, intelligent and original solutions, which can make life more interesting, happy and comfortable. The proof for that lies in the furniture, accessories, the public projects and installations which are characterised with Kompott’s unique style.
