BALKAN DESIGN
Croatian design, especially in the field of visual communications, is already recognized not only at prestigious international festivals, but it also has an important role in the country’s economy. Product design had been going for a long time through various difficulties familiar – lack of good education, low productivity, scarce investments in the area.
It is still hard to analyse the trends in manufacturing or to predict new directions of development, yet young artists that we present prove that in Croatia thing are happening. We were overwhelmed by the minimalist visions and interesting ideas and we wished for similar results.
The croatian design has nothing really special about it. Except that it is really creative!
Each of chairs has an own color accent.
