Skull chair by Vladi Rapaport – A Surreal Masterpiece

This fantastic surreal piece of art is called the Skull Chair. It is made from reinforced polyester and its author is Vladi Rapaport. The main idea was to create a skull where one can sit in. As an addition, the author created an extravagant brain footstool.

Vladi Rapaport took his inspiration from Dutch paintings dating back to the 16th and 17th centuries. In his masterpiece one can spot the spectacular dynamics of the designer lines. The author says that he tried to incorporate the idea of death into the happy lifetime moments while sitting and enjoying the comfortable piece of furniture.

The chairs is not only a comfortable home furniture but it also functions as a splendid decorative accent inside any kind of interior.
