Luxury House Interior
The designers form StudioMK27 are the authors of this really impressive contemporary house in Bragança Paulista, Brazil. Despite the luxurious overview of the house, the interior design it is not so raw as you might think. Actually, it is very warm and welcoming. A fantastic view over the near surroundings will open its brilliance in front of each visitor’s eye that stepped on the remarkable terrace.
One will definitely become a witness of some fine interior design and architectural solutions when he enters this gorgeous luxurious estate. First of all, he will be impressed by the spectacular volume that has been achieved in the house both with constructional methods and warm brown color interior usage.Outside the house, just after the main entrance door, there is a spacious wooden deck and a swimming pool. The roof of the constructions itself lifts the grass, thus making the house merge with the surrounding nature.
You can hardly define where the kitchen and the living rooms are placed. This is because there aren’t any rooms separated from the interior but rather there are functional areas which are symbolically marked with the use of a certain type of furniture in them. We’d better talked as for interior areas and not separate rooms. This spacious house need a appropriate ventilation system and it has one. It makes the house a pleasant and cool place even in the hot Brazil summer days and nights. In order to let the air flow all over the house, there were used several clever interior design solutions – wooden folding doors, brises-soleil and green floor that acts as an insulator
The terrace is something a key point in the interior. It separates the garage and the TV room which are located at south, and the northern parts that consist of living and and service areas. If you look at the images below you will deifnitely outline the remarkable ceiling over the terrace which is a low concrete porch, while it transforms into a wooden slats construction while it passes over the living room areas.
