Often the kitchen is the place where is used most often and when the summer is just around the corner if you don’t want to feel like you are in a bummer heated by the sun, you will need to consider some updates and reconfigurations of your kitchen. If you want to make a reunion with the outdoor space and feel the fresh air and the sun, the best decision will be to obtain pass-through windows or glass doors. If you have difficulties with your choice here we have prepared 10 fresh ideas that will blow your mind:

Choose a wall that look into the outdoor space and go fancy with one barn door trend. You can do that by installation of glass-paned barn-style sliding doors. This way you will get more light and beautiful views. Thus you will create an attractive focal point and if you have a lights in the garden you can enjoy it even in the evening.

Our suggestion is to go for sliders. The advantage of sliding glass doors is that they won’t take any extra space, but they can expand the kitchen’s area during nice weather.

In addition of folding windows add an outdoor bar. Consider pass-through access to the kitchen and wide eave above the bar, so you can protect it from the sun in the most heated days.

Our last suggestion is airplane-hangar-style doors. It represents garage-style doors but taken to the next level. The designer have add a hinge in the middle that give them a striking look. Also this option is very space saving because they fold up, instead of sliding into the space.
