Eclectic Small Apartment
This fantastic place has been built in 1911 in Salt Lake City. It is not very big in size but it turned out to be the perfect apartment for stepbrothers David Kamp and Ian Wade. The owner of the property that lived before them, made some remodeling works on the interior because it had been left in the hands of destiny for decades. He even extended the living space in it by integrating a back room into the main space. The brothers, on their turn, used it for a lounge with a DIY bar. And the second floor they arranged as a room for their precious guests.
Both brothers share same interests. They are very keen on creating art and cooking. One of them study philosophy and works as a bartender while in the meantime is an enthusiastic athlete. Now this guy is a co-owner of Fresh – a newly founded fashion boutique. The other one – Kamp, finds himself as an artistic explorer of known horizons. Freelance designing is what he does for a living, while he works at a local pub. When you combine this two guys’ interest you will explain to yourself the eclectic interior design of the space, arranged by themselves.
