A house on the beach. The dream of every surfer on the planet. And what about a little dose of luxe? Yes, this is our next project to show. The facade has been designed in the architectural plans so that it can function as a boundary between the inner privacy and the beach public space.

Three major functional spaces are separated in independent areas. A bedroom space with flexible and mobile facade construction, a garden and living space and a podium base. Spaciousness is the one of the key features.

The ground level stays closed for stranger’s eyes. It consists of entry vestibule and a garage that has been designed in the spirit of local natural topography. A very specific technology has been used for it – sloping wooden board that is wrapping all over the floor. Actually, this is forming the peripheral parts of the construction. On the other hand, the board don’t cover the view to the beach from the inside.

One of the most remarkable areas is the living room area. This spacious area doesn’t have any limits. Open to the outer world and keeping the privacy of the occupants at the same time. Huge in all aspects – this is how we can best describe the property.

The top level, where the bedrooms are situated, is floating over the living area. One fantastic characteristic of the upper area is that it has flexible folding shutters that are able to prevent the inner parts from the burning sun, while they can assure the most beautiful scenery to the beach for those who like to look at the sea. The architects had the hard task to keep the life of the owners untouched by outer factors. On the other hand, they were assigned to develop a project that is opened to the nature and that wont keep its occupants as prisoners without windows.

A simply modern and charming place is the result. Full of cutting edge technology and transforming its appeal each time the shutters are pulled down or not.
