Blaze Makoid Architecture is the author of this impressive contemporary luxury mansion located in Sagaponack, New York. It has some similiraties with the traditional contemporary Mediterranean villa, but not completely. The project included an architectural plan of a clean and elegant building that had to be filled with luxurious belongings inside. As for the facade of the mansion, it follows the strict minimalist lines of light concrete wrap and a wooden ledge that puts the accents on its specific position, thus catching the eye at once.
The architects also took care of the landscape design, taming the nature and turning it into a true paradise. On the first floor there are located most of the service and living areas. The luxury living room shines in its brilliance while the dining room attracts with its welcoming and spacious charm.
On the second floor the architects decided to separate more private areas. There are three children bedrooms and a master bedroom with huge and spacious terrace. The master bedroom attracts with its tranquil interior. Everything seems to be existing in perfect harmony with the world outside. When you are standing there and enjoy the marvelous view over the ocean you feel that it can’t be better. You feel that everything in the world is made by purpose and you experience that synchronization. Actually, you are the connection between the human made and the nature outside.
