The apartment located in Maracaibo, Venezuela has over 300sq. feet of living areas and shows a perfect taste for functionality and elegance. One of the special features of the property is its acoustics, its ability to reflect in a professional way the sound waves coming from the family’s instruments. In order to achieve this brilliant sound effects, the architects constructed the walls and ceilings with wood panels to enhance sound.
