Halloween ideas
There are several things you can do on Halloween. You can throw a big party with a lot of friends and you can do it either in your house or somewhere outside – at the front lawn or the backyard, for example. Another option is to have an official dinner with a close circle or two or three friends. Well, actually it all depends on your status – single, married or living with a partner. For example, if you have kids, this is changing the rules of the game immediately.
Halloween party ideas
If you are planning a huge party you need to think about the decorations. Remember that pumpkins, ravens, skulls, graveyards and all that scary stuff is suitable for the purpose. You will also need to find some food for your guests or prepare one by yourself. And last, but not least – to find the most frightening costume for you.
Halloween costume ideas
There are really many options for a costume. Some people like to change like superheroes – like captain American, Batman, Spiderman, The little red riding hood, Cinderella, etc. Others prefer more frightening costumes – devils, demons, different scary creatures. And there are people that like to look like victims – with cut throats, missing legs or arms or just looking like they have just came out from an unsuccessful operation. Usually, the last type use a lot of artificial blood in order to achieve the scary look.
Halloween decoration ideas
We have written a lot about decorations but if you need me to sum the things up I would say that pumpkins are great! And they are the universal item that can be used for this holiday decor. They make great lanterns – one of the symbols of October 31st. I like to watch interiors full of spider nets, with lots of autumn leaves, with lots of candles and classic wrought iron candleholders (my favorite) as well as I find it perfectly well to include also ghosts and other surprising horrific ideas.
