The Contemporary Design of a Three Story Building

The following renovated Pünktchen building located in Germany can be best described as beautiful, gentle and modern. All credits for this gorgeous architectural project go for the successful collaboration between DYNAMO Studio and Güth & Braun Architekten.

The main concept of the project is clear – the architects desired to bring back to life lingering and latent qualities and combine them with most modern designer trends in interior and architecture. The idea was not the achieve a contrast between old and new. The effect is just the opposite – to use the difference in time as a consecutive timeline of fluent movement through different styles.

For example, the main facade still keeps the spirit of classical appearance. But once you enter inside the house, all the creativity starts to reveal its brilliance in a majestic contemporary spectacle. You will find all kind of functional spaces – from laundry to home office, of course not as comfortable as an own backyard office, but still very useful.
