What is Christmas without all the sweet details that bring the holiday spirit in our home. To tell you the truth, I simply love it to spend countless hours in front of my cozy fireplace. This is the most sincere moment when I am only with myself – the memories, the hope, the wishes and everything holy and sacred that I believe in. And when I have my family around me, this makes me the happiest person in the world.
And today, I have decided to choose some interesting images that will hopefully help you guys to do something interesting in your homes. Do you know what I do? I choose a random image, like one of these here, for example, and then I try to recreate the same idea at home. Sometimes I make it worse and sometimes the ideas just looks better in my home than in the picture. It all depends – the mood, the materials, etc.

Decorating with Christmas art is one of the most pleasant things for me. I just do not push the things and take all of my time to install a single toy or a specific set of items. I really like it when my wife helps me doing it because when both of you are involved into this decorating activities you feel as a whole family again. You feel the warmth of the holy spirit flowing all over your body and then you pay attention to the things in life which are worth the efforts.
Actually, when we start decorating, we are very funny. I like placing garlands on the mantel while my wife prefers Christmas lights at the staircase railings, for example. Well, we do not argue but it is very pleasant to find a solution together when a conflict arises. And then all we laugh and enjoy both types of decorations. A simple examples that tells the whole story.
