Whether you want to only beautify your Christmas lounge or decorate the entire house, there’s one thing you’ve got on for the holidays, there’s no place like home. This Christmas decorate your lounge by following these 10 tips and tricks:

1- Change the layout of the room

Change the layout of the lounge by making it more spacious since you will need a space for the Christmas trees and gifts. Keep the things that go with the theme of festivity and compliment your décor. For example keep the plains such as the couches, curtains and rugs.

2- Put a tree

The main decorative piece on Christmas is the tee so it has to be the most lit and well decorated thing in the room so add a tree in your lounge and make it the most exciting piece in the room with the lightings, copper balls, candies and Christmas ornaments. You can also add your DIY crafts to it. Nothing is better than handmade stuff.

3- Use candles and lamps

Put up some candles and lamps to light up the room for a perfect Christmas Eve. But do not forget to make the tree look most lit by putting some fairy lights on it.

4- Use miniatures and string bells

Keep all the cute miniatures around so it gives a cute Christmas vibe to the decoration and adds up to the colors. Also to decorate the Christmas tree you can add string bells and small DIY retro elements. Use the classic red and green ribbons to give it a Christmas specific look.

5- Colorful wrapping papers

Use colorful wrapping papers that pop up and enhance the look of the room. If the whole room has neutral furniture and colors use patterned paper so it can complement the whole vibe.

6- Handling the storage

Most of the time while setting up a festive room we have to pile up things in one specific room so that we can make room for the festive ornaments and pieces. In that hustle sometimes the piled things are ignored and pests take over. To avoid that, use Bend pest control or try not to pile things up rather set them up nicely so the place is cleaned regularly and pests are controlled.

7- Set mailbox for Santa

Let children write cute letters for Santa and set a letterbox under the tree where they can also find candies while putting their letters

8- A trendy garland

Put up a garland at the door of the lounge with some lights and candies on it. It would not only provide a warm welcome to the guests but also will look festive and beautiful. And who doesn’t love candies?

9- Add fur cushions and throws

To give the whole room a cozier vibe adds colorful throws on your neutral couch sets with fury cozy cushions. It will provide a color pop to the room as well. Even if your couches are dark toned add bright cushions and throws but if they are bright add neutrals to make a subtle look.

10- Insert a drinks and snack station

A festival without treats and drinks sounds incomplete. For that in a nook add a drink and snack station for munching. Add a craft with a message on it with some copper and red decoration
