Modern Bank
When the architecture project was started, both architects and interior designers had to have in mind the corporate identity of PKO Bank Polski. The identity itself has been developed by White Cat Studio which chose black, white and gold for the main colors of the Bank’s brand. Of course, other famous elements that corresponds to the Bank’s identity also had to be included in the interior- like the grid sinusoidal lines that are widely used in the Bank’s advertisements.
On the walls of the office you can see how this spectacular three dimensional lines are playing its merging game of design patterns. On the project stage everything looked easy to execute, while on the realization stage the task turned out to be not so easy. It is very hard to reproduce the software project into the real life. The dynamical aesthetics had to meet mathematical problems, but as a result the interior of the place completely communicated all the Bank’s brand key values.
A full consequence of the colorful palette – black, white and gold, can be seen when you enter their office. You simply can’t stay indifferent. Black and white are used as contrast elements that outline certain decorative elements or take away the eye-catching accents from them, while the gold symbolizes material power and represents the function of the building.
As for the functional distribution of areas, we have to mention that they are clearly separated in two – customer area and office part.
