Bene – an expert in office

Bene has fascinated us again by creating a unique working environment. Among the successful project for BMW, Mercedes,Apple, New Yorker is also that for Rodl&Pariner in Cologne. The offices are located in the Kranhaus building, which was voted office building of the year.

The overall concept is connected whit the main credo of the firm – an office must be looked upon as a living space. The working places are contemporary, transparent and communicative. That’s why the standard cubicles are decided
against, in favour of the open spaces, fresh colors and the beautiful view to the Rhine.
Screens and soundproof panels provide for the better concentration during the working process.
The meeting rooms come in the shape of glass cubes, which extend the idea of transparency and maximum openness tor better communication.

Bene’s designers put an accent on the relationship between the indoor and the outdoor space, which definitely influences the working environment. The specific curves on the floors and some elements of the lighting create an analogy with the river outside, and the numerous light-green accents ate cot only a symbol of corporate identity, but also structurally connect the abundance of natural scenery with the interior spaces.
