What can we say about this beautiful small summer house called Fresno House, that is located in USA in a forest just very close to the Atlantic Ocean? When designing the project the architects planned the natural resources into their view of a contemporary home. Thus, the surrounding nature merge with the construction. Fantastic geometry lines are encircling all along the property. A marvelous scenery stands not very far from the house, just behind a bunch of trees that are in front of it.
On the ground floor the house accommodates studio, modern kitchen, spacious living room and dining room. Leaving the ground level towards outdoor space one can find an open outdoor terrace and a modern swimming-pool just in front of it. What can gather people better in the summer than the outdoor grill space ? 3 cozy and contemporary bedrooms are nested on the second floor with common access to the terrace.
Faced concrete, white masonry and glass are used a lot in the architectural design of the house. These are the factors that are foundation for the modern outlook of the property.
